What is a "Humble Little Human"?
A Humble Little Human is a person of any age who understands that their humanness is a wonderful experience, though humble compared to their spiritual existence. They understand that their connection to Source also connects them to all of existence, and therefore they do their best to give grace to themself and others. If their best in any moment is less than great, they understand their true essence is more than the moment, and they appreciate that all experiences can inspire better actions going forward.
What are "Hermetic" principles?
These are ancient teachings attributed to the supposed fictitious figure Hermes Trismegistus that converge with sects of Christianity, Judaism, Islam, and Buddhism, among other spiritual practices. These principles, found in the foundation of the Law of Attraction, promote awareness of all beings as part of a greater force; our oneness with all existence; and the power of the mind to create our reality.
Why do we, especially children, need to be reminded of these principles?
How we think shapes our experiences here on Earth; how we feel affects our thoughts. Knowing this deeply helps to empower individuals to take active control of their circumstances to live a joyful and fulfilling life. Remembrance of them helps us take accountability for how we program ourselves and our of children in the emotional environments we create for them. At their core, these principles encourage peace, respect, love, understanding, responsibility, and purposeful being.
What does the term "Source" mean?
This is reverential acknowledgment of where all has originated, all is provided, and all things are contained. It is a description of God used to encourage conscious connection by all, regardless of religious beliefs.
What is the "seat of the soul"?
In Passions of the Soul, Rene Descartes associated this term with the pineal gland, that magic bean nestled in our brain associated with the third eye and intuition, as the bridge between the physical and spiritual. Modern philosophers and spiritual teachers often describe the "seat" as a state of alignment.
